VisperHost servers are located inside the Internet Data Center of CSL — The Cloud by CSLoxinfo (Kaset-Nawamin). It is one of Thailand’s leading data centers, providing highly secure and reliable infrastructure with 24/7 operation under international standards.

This data center is certified with multiple international standards for security and management, including TIA-942, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, ISO 14001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, CSA-STAR, and SOC 2 Type II.

Infrastructure Designed for Maximum Stability

Our data center is equipped with redundant electrical systems (UPS and generators), precision cooling systems, and advanced environmental controls — ensuring continuous operation even in emergencies, with uptime exceeding 99% at all times.

We also operate our own independent network infrastructure with ASN number AS153996, enabling us to efficiently manage and control internet routing paths. This allows us to directly connect with major service providers and Internet Exchange (IX) points for faster and more stable connectivity to our customers.
