How to Install Anydesk for Remote Computer Control

AnyDesk is a remote computer control program commonly used for providing technical support or accessing files and applications from a remote location.

This article will teach you how to easily install Anydesk as follows:

1. Download the AnyDesk installer

For Windows:

  • Open a web browser and go to the website https://anydesk.com
  • Click the “Download” button and select the Windows version.
  • The installation file will begin downloading automatically.

For macOS:

  • Open a web browser and go to the website https://anydesk.com
  • Click the “Download” button and select the version for macOS.
  • The installation file will be downloaded as a DMG file.

2. Installation of Anydesk Program

For Windows:

  1. Open the downloaded file (usually .exe)
  2. Install according to the steps in the installer.
  3. Select the folder where you want to install the program, then click “Install.”
  4. After the installation is complete, click “Finish” to close the installer.

For macOS:

  1. Open the downloaded DMG file.
  2. Drag the AnyDesk logo into the Applications folder.
  3. Open the program from the Applications folder to start using it.

3. Open the program and start using AnyDesk.

Once AnyDesk is installed, it will open with the main window. On this page, you will see your computer’s ID, which can be used to connect from another computer.

For remote connection, enter the ID of the computer you wish to access in the “Remote Desk” field and click “Connect”.

Only provide your computer’s ID to trusted individuals and consider using AnyDesk’s security features, such as two-factor authentication, to prevent unauthorized access.
